Gordon Stegner

A Colorado Springs native, Gordon graduated from Colorado State University in 1978 with degrees in both Management and Finance. After working for nine years in corporate finance and administration, he began working in construction management in 1988, co-founding Palace Homes in 1995. He has had an integral role in building over 75 custom homes.

Merlin Bottin

Born and raised in Minnesota, Merlin moved to Colorado Springs in 1971. Before partnering with Palace Homes in1999, Merlin founded Bottin Construction, Inc. From 1977 through 2001 the crews of Bottin Construction built and framed hundreds of homes in the Colorado Springs Area. Merlin personally designed and built a home that was awarded the "Better Homes for All American Home" by Better Homes and Gardens Magazine in 1987.
